Bespoke furniture design commissions

A dedicated enthusiastic & imaginative design & make service from free standing works to entire house interiors; museum & gallery seating & showcases; ecclesiastical work; offices & boardrooms; the garden and occasional installation.

The furniture is designed and made in Matthew’s studio and workshop in Wiltshire’s Wylye Valley and on occasion in other specialist workshops run by makers who have either been apprenticed to Matthew or are known to him for their expertise.

At the heart of what we do is wood. Selected from managed sources throughout the UK and occasionally Europe and memorialised in works of enduring design and enduring construction.
