House of Commons exhibition...
17/02/09
For 4 days in June, 20 leading furniture designer makers exhibited their work in the Upper Waiting Hall in the House of Commons. Curated by the Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers and in conjunction with the British Furniture Confederation we aimed to raise our collective profile to Members of Parliament by informing and showing them the wealth of talent working in this country at present. This was the first time such an exhibition had been held in Westminster. We launched our latest piece from our Collector's Series - the vase cabinet, recently awarded a Bespoke Guild Mark.
